Finance, Legal, and Insurance.

This role will offer:

In order to be considered for this role you must:

  • Have a proven track-record of billings, preferably within a specialist sector of recruitment detailed above along with management/leadership experience in previous roles.
  • Be a hugely inspiring, approachable and hard-working individual willing to focus their efforts on growing your own business and the FINCO brand.
  • Extremely organised and able to manage both your diary as well as delegate responsibility to your team.
  • Comfortable networking at the top end of business. We are looking at Senior/Executive appointments on Perm and high earning Contract Positions which will see you prospecting, winning and retaining assignments with these types of companies.

Good communication skills is a non-negotiable requirement as you will build your reputation through speaking with new and existing clients and candidates. We would like you to be sales driven with experience in B2B and or B2C sales.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and searching for suitable candidates to meet the requirements of Temporary and Permanent Positions
  • Developing new leads from websites, referrals, face to face meetings and networking with clients and candidates
  • Building a successful client database through sales processes within a designated industry sector
  • Using an industry leading CRM database to manage your clients and candidates effectively adhering to all current legislation
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts and conduct presentations and tenders
  • Proactively develop business with clients within the specified sector
